Where to file a Complaint?

The vlauation of the consumer complaint as per the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is determined on the basis of the value which is as under:

District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum (DCDRF): If the value of the

the claim is up to 20 lakh the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (SCDRC)

If the value of the claim exceeds ` 20 lakhs but is within ` one crore.

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) If the value of the claim exceeds ` one crore.

  1. Hi, I want to file a complaint regarding an undelivered parcel from amazon for which I m forced to pay EMI. The cost of the product is around 9-10k. What best you can help me with this and charges if any plz mention. Thanks

      1. I had spoken with them many times but they are saying they had closed the case. I even asked for proof of delivery which they are not ready to share.they told me to check in nearby houses for the package . It’s under my name and they said it’s received by me only. But can’t trace it till date
