  1. Sir, I am working in an autonomous central govt organisation (grade B post). I am on probation. Before joining this organisation I had applied for various other competitive exams as well(all are grade A posts). Now interview call letters have come from 3-4 organisations and they ask for NOC at the time of interview. But my organisation is not giving me NOC saying that our one post will become vacant. What are my options. I don’t want to lie in my biodata form because it might create problems later on. Also I have not signed any bond with my current organisation.

  6. Sir Iam an aspirant of Staff selection Commission and had appeared for SSC combined graduate level 2016 examination. Where I was rejected for writing wrong ticket number. I had filed a an O.A in which the Court had ordered decision in my favour. Then SSC appealed in HC and SLP in SC where again students won. Now my question is as I filed case only In CAT is there any chance of not being included if the advocate doesnot send the order copy to respondent? Is it necessary to give an order copy to respondent or we have to talk to advocate to do the same? I’m worried as we have won the case and I’m not sure if my advocate has given the order copy to respondent(SSC) or not.
    Please help

  9. There was a judgment in regards to eligibility given by the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal of Delhi dated 3/Jan./2018 and 26/April/2018 in case number Case Type – O.A. / Case Number – 2950 / Case Year – 2016 and CP No. 344/2018 in the matter of Rinku Singh vs. DSSSB, Govt. of NCT of Delhi, and Director of Education. The judgment clearly states that the applicant, who possess higher qualification than prescribed in the advertisement could not be said to be ineligible for the post in question. Rinku Singh and I (Sonia) were selected for the same postcode, TGT English Female, and we both possess M.A.-English, i.e., higher qualification than prescribed in the advertisement. DSSSB considered the candidature of Rinku Singh for the TGT English teacher post because she has gone through the court case, but my candidature is rejected already. Please advise how can I directly request to CAT for chime-in into my case with DSSSB
